It was a mixed day on the markets yesterday Dow remained range bound but seemingly closed positive as it tested 34 150 before closing the day on 34 050, Nasdaq declined as it tested 13750 in the early hours of the Asian session as the prior to the European open.
FTSE was closed yesterday due to a banking holiday, however the Dax closed positive but remained very much stuck in its daily range failing to break through 15300.
The commodity market rallied well yesterday as Gold, Silver and Brent all closed positive on the back of the PMI data that was released, combined with the decline in Bond yields resulted in substantial movement from precious metals.
Bitcoin was mixed as it made a new two week high of 58 989 before closing the day out on 56 741. Ethereum continued its push higher following its break of 3000, making a new all time high of 3334 before closing out the day on 3286, it continued the push higher during this morning's Asian session reaching 3455.
GBP and USD strength dominated the markets prior to the European open as the JPY continues to weaken against all major currencies.
